We start collecting rent on the first of every month. Owner distributions are usually made sometime between the 9th and 15th, depending on the month and whether or not it falls on a weekend, or if another issue causes a delay.

We strive to have tax forms sent out by the end of January. However, depending on any issues or circumstances with the property, it could take up to February 15th.
